Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. I am fed up with it and am starting to apply elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be able to get the same total comp though. More in comments..

Hi fishes, My timings are from 12 to 9 and HR is asking us to come thrice a week and also spend more than 4 to 5 hrs in office and then go home and continue from there. I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
