Depends on industry, years of experience, and where exactly in SoCal. My gut, google, and other sites says around 130 - 150K in the San Fran area so maybe around that number or a little less.

Came here to say this. Though San Fran is northern California and definitely one of the more expensive places to live, meaning higher avg salaries. I'd expect southern California to be closer to 90-130K in terms of range.

Are there any agencies that provide good work life balance, with good pay and that do good work. Or is it just that classic case of you need to punt one to get the other two. Or in some cases punt two to get one….

A great opportunity with a top brand has come up. I have not actively looked to make a move, but this role and brand looks really promising with a greater earning potential. Down side is I would need to relocate which I do not want to do and would be a challenge for my wife’s job . Any suggestions on how to leverage for a leveling of my current salary and role which I have been told is in the works but I have not seen any sort of movement to give me confidence that it will happen?

Any advice on best approach to a casual convo about upcoming raise if any with annual review around the corner? Would be helpful to know what they are thinking. Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

Free negotiation consultation via text and I’ll help with emails and coaching for $$$ and charge 5% negotiation for ICs and 10% for execs.
