Ghosting recruiters are the worst

I had interviewed for KPMG a couple of weeks ago and was informed that I was selected and they are proceeding with the further approvals for salary. I had shared all the requested documents and the completed candidature application form and also had an HR round where they said they would be sharing the offer letter in two days. It's been 12days since then and haven't heard back from the HR nor are they replying to my email. What should I be expecting?

I'm an advocate for privacy and think companies like Facebook and Google need regulation, while we need laws supporting personal data and metadata being owned by the people generating it - not companies.
