Need suggestions, I currently have a offer at B4 in Tax but I also have 3 interviews coming up for TAS & M&A positions (2 mid tier & one B4). Question: I currently work as an inside sales account manager selling a wide portfolio of IT products. I’ve been recruited for a role that would be an outside sales role selling ONLY a software solution that Im able to sell at my current company (but usually don’t due to other options that we are compensated better off of.) Currently I am one year out of school starting at around $26/HR with my on call pay being $2.75 an hour (we doing it weekly at my hospital) and we average around 100 hour of on call so it’s close to $300 per on call week.

For 9.5 years of experience, ibm offered me 15 fixed..as it's first offer I accepted the same.. from Accenture i received 17+ 27% vp..asked counter offer to ibm..they finally come and said..there won't be change in financial structure to match with Accenture.
So what should I do... need to sacrifice Accenture for work life balance :)

I just wanted to know how much can TCS pay a 9 yrs experienced guy? Product Manager role. I've another offer at 38lpa +2 bonus. Will TCS be able to match?

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.
