I have an offer from two companies. Please help me decide which one shall i pick.

Yoe: 4+ years

KPMG : 18 LPA fixed+ medical allowance+ gratuity, profile: consultant, tech: devops

Workday: 21 LPA fixed + 7.5 LPA worth allowances (stocks and medical claims)
Profile: bt infrastructure engineer, tech: AWS (probably devops components included)

Please note workday does not share salary breakup and 7.5 LPA worth allowances are for everyone. It also has hybrid model.

Anyone on here handle Excess Claims. I’m interested to see what the salary is , I handle any claim over a million dollars and monitor those that are less than a million and I know I am being underpaid

I joined industry after consulting about a year ago. I love the pace and wlb of my current job and I also got a pretty large pay bump. My current job is quite cushy but the company is a hot mess. People are quitting left and right and our CEO wants everyone in office everyday. He’s also firing large teams at once because of sudden org changes at the C suite level. I feel my job is relatively safe but it’s a bit off putting and I sometimes get the urge to look elsewhere. Am I just being paranoid?

Does anyone work at a firm that does not offer year-end bonuses? I’m currently at a 25-50 person firm in a major market (CA) that mostly operates on big contingency cases. There were firm-wide paycuts at the beginning of Covid (still in effect). I’ve billed in excess of 2,000 hours and am feeling both cheated and a real lack of motivation.

Hey everyone :) What is the base salary for an office manager in Boston or any other place? I'm doing so much but getting so little for the work that I'm putting effort into, so I want to check that I'm not “stupid” for not asking for more.
