I am currently in Retail Project Management (coming up on 2 years) right now and am looking to make a shift into real estate finance. My degree is in finance, and I am really looking to pair that degree with my passion for real estate investment. Any suggestions on how to make the transition? Received an offer from McKinsey & Company and am super stoked to join, but I’m getting quite criticized in my personal life for the decision mostly because of the public image of the firm.
