Is anyone getting cold feet for business school this fall? Was excited but am now increasingly nervous about the subpar experience and hiring difficulties that may result from a potential recession. Don’t know if I should stay at current role and reapply this fall or just attend T15 school and see what happens.

I was offered a retention bonus with an agreement to pay it back if I leave within 18 months. Actively job searching and think I’ll get an exit before the 18 months are up. Should I sign the agreement? I feel like if I don’t, I’m telling my company that I’m on the way out. On the other hand, I’d have to pay back the full amount pre-tax, and I’m not sure if I’d get the taxes back from the IRS

What should I do in this situation?

Situation: i have a joining date of this month, which is less than my notice period and have another offer letter whose Joining date is after my lwd.

But the first offer is quite better than the second one and the HR of the first company is asking for LWD mail or proof, but I have that for next month.

I did that today and this individual painted a very ugly picture (chaos, cut throat competition, and incompetence, etc.). What should I make of this?
