I joined current company 3 months ago but I’m thinking of leaving. Great pay, career growth opportunity, supportive manager, and gaining leadership experience by managing and hiring the team. However I really do not enjoy the job. It is so uninteresting. It’s a BI Manager role.

I then got a new job offer today to become a Product Manager for a startup that raised its Series B. I want to take it because it’s a great opportunity to try out something new but I feel guilty. What do I do?

Was it worth the switch? If so, how?

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

After 5 years of freelancing (which I have loved) I am considering a full-time gig. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough.
