Going to shoot it straight, what you wrote was incredibly hard to follow.

Is writing or English not your strong point? If it isn’t, highly recommend finding help for someone to edit and read through your resume / application responses. I’m sure you could be a great candidate, but you should really start there because when we hire the first thing we do is read what is written.

Hi CSM, I want to highlight what VP1 said - based on your request alone, I would say that you will need to focus on your written English.

Keep in mind that even people with lots of experience and native English can struggle to land interviews - I hate to say it but improving your English is the bare minimum before engaging a career coach or mentor.

Especially in a CSM role where communication is extremely important, you can't have so many typos and confusing sentences in your written communication.

I get it, you are absolutely correct. Thank you so much for your valuable advise, I totally agree to what you are saying, it's very important to have a clear communication whether written or oral. Believe me I am not a person who's lame in her communication like this, of lately I've been thinking a lot (mostly negative thoughts, sometimes hopeful thoughts) and that makes me feel low.. May be that's the reason I am becoming kindaa desperate abt the opportunities and become ignorant in filtering my thoughts or words while writing...

I really appreciate your feedback and I take in a very positive and constructive way... I should keep my total focus while communicating with someone, which I usually do, but I should be more careful now in this time .

Looking forward to have the same support in the future...

Just keep trying! It takes months to get the job you want! Also it’s seasonal, I’ve noticed the job market to be active in January and April.
