Hey! Has any recently interviewed for a Solutions Architect role at AWS? If so, can you speak to the online assessment? How is it structured? How are the questions - “how would you describe yourself on a scale of 1-10?” Type questions? Thank you in advance for your help.

Does pretty much every company require you to fight for raises in order to keep up with market value or are there companies that exist who are good about paying you your worth? If so, which companies are good at this?

How do couples share dining out expenses ? Before my current relationship I was happy to go 50:50. My current boyfriend easily has 4 drinks with a meal (I have one) and, being a big guy, eats at least twice of what I eat. For me an entree is enough.
