Will it be a big struggle for you to go from working nights to days? What is your preference in shift? Work-life balance/quality of life is important.
I prefer to change from night to day shift. It is very hard for me to do the night shift. I’m already tired from it. I could get more family time after the end of day shift. I used to do day shift 2 years ago. I switched because family matter. The thing is, also what make me want to move on to the next job, because it is very hard for me to work with non-responsible co-workers and now we’re short staffs and next year, they gonna make we work like crazy with extra on calls, extra weekends. I’m already burned out.
Make sure those promotions are written down in the contract. I have seen many cases where they offer a verbal promotion but never execute it.
yes of course! Thank you! and I will read the contract.
I would definitely take it if I were you. It sounds like a good deal/offer to me. I would give anything to have no on-calls and no weekend duties. It only means I will have more time with my family, a better work/life balance if you will.
thank you!!
50 hours a week with overtime ? Or none i dont like that your choice
Yes I almost got that hours.
Sounds like a great deal. I would take it if I was you.
