I had sent an email on 30/08/22 to my supervisor regarding my low CTC. I had discussed my CTC issue with the client and client was fully supportive of the same so I told my supervisor at CG to kindly try to increase my CTC if possible looking at current market. I haven't received any response till date. Should I send a reminder email or no response is in itself a NO for my request. Not sure what to do with such a situation.

ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?
