Hey, I am a fresher and will pass out in 2022. I got these two offers as Associate Engineer at Pwc sdc (Bangalore) with 6 LPA and at Icertis (Pune) with 8 LPA [7 Fixed, 1 Bonus]. Which Company I should join?

Not going to influence but you are a fresher now. Think twice before taking either of two. Study about what the 2 companies are offering you (role, technology, skill sets you will acquire in future which will be beneficial) and go for it. If you are very much inclined to technical Growth, check above points. If brand matters more then pwc. This is from my own experience and now i am struggling to get myself change to the skill sets that is really good paying.
So buildup your skill set at the initial 2 years and then go for brand, dream company, lucrative offer or anything.
You can grow in startup more compared to mnc
I would suggest PWC for the brand value. You'll get better prospects in the future.

@Accenture - I think brand matters only when u are experienced. In initial stages its better to go where you get maximum learning exposure and i think a startup will provide the best learning experience
