Hi! I am curious about getting into digital marketing at the Big 4 or another consulting firm. I am not a fresher either, I am a more experienced professional. have worked at other Fortune 500 companies within digital marketing. To complicate it, I would need a skilled worker visa sponsorship. I see lots of threads on here where it is totally possible. May anyone from Deloitte Accenture Capgemini or other firms share their experiences?
Many thanks!
Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

The overall TSS 482 application process (including submitting travel history, police clearance, medical, etc) took about 3 months. Once the employer submitted the application, it only took 2 business days for it to be approved
These stats are pre-covid so they may differ now
3-6 months would be fairly quick from my experience.
It really depends on a heap of factors ranging from the exact type of visa to whether your employer is accredited to whether the random government official looking at your nomination somewhere in the world (likely not in the US or Aus) decides you have to do a medical (it's about 50/50 from my experience) to whether anything randomly flags...
Your lawyer should be pretty dialled into the current situation and can hopefully at least tell you what they've seen with similar people in the last week or two.
Ok e mine was submitted it took 6 days (from
U.K., senior transfer with PwC, tech)
Wow! When was this?

TSS 482 took my partner and I 4 months.
Sponsored via my de facto spouses employer. Microsoft offered sponsorship as well.
