I will be receiving visa sponsorship and I was wondering how long it has taken people to get their worker visas approved, I know the official statement is that it takes between 3-6 months but has anyone ever received theirs quicker than that?

Hi, how does a h1b transfer work? my current visa expires in 2024,but I’m on my first 3 years. If I do a transfer now, will the expiry date be the same? Or will it be 3 years out from the approval date of the new transferred h1b visa?

Have money invested in S&P 500, and now starting to regret not having diversified to international stocks as well. Would want to diversify now to buy a total stock market index, however since S&P 500 dropped more than that index, not sure it’s worth to crystallize losses to do that.
