Hey! I am starting Vyvanse tomorrow. I am a lil nervous because I always have trouble falling asleep even with no ADHD mention. If you take Vyvanse, what do you do to prevent insomnia? I appreciate any tips!

CBD

No caffeine after 1pm, take your dosage early and try to take it at the same time daily.

Eat breakfast with your dosage, eat protein throughout the day, drink A LOT of water, exercise.

Takes a couple of weeks but you’ll be fine

Morning! So I am in the process of an IUI. I started letrozole Wednesday and have to go back next Wednesday for blood work and ultra sound. I was so excited that I forgot I had booked a trip for a family event for 4th of July. I am leaving on the 28th and won’t be back till the 5th. Did I just screw myself over? I’m waiting for the nurse to call me back but I’m so anxious figured I’d ask here!

Finally found a provider who listens and is helping me get ADHD controlled. Also diagnosed me w/anxiety. Treating w/Adderall and Wellbutrin, but she's telehealth so can't prescribe anymore. Was transfering Rx to my PCP under her guidance but my BP was high at my yearly (was a particularly stressful day at work, BP was normal the last 3 years). PCP won't coordinate care until I see a cardio. Anxious something will be wrong and I can't be treated for ADHD anymore 😩 anyone else here w/high BP?

My psychiatrist suggests I set up a 30 min appointment every time I need my ADHD medication refilled. I met with him the first couple of times but I feel its unnecessary given that I have been on the same dosage of Vyvanse for the last one year. Can doctors prescribe a years' prescription of these that I can refill every 30 or 60 days? Curious as to how it has worked for you.
