I set up a very basic rule as a test: "$A2<33"
Values both greater and smaller get highlighted at random.
What could be causing this?
Maybe some faulty setting? Im honestly clueless

What would you do if you found out an executive was speaking poorly about you and your work performance to other employees? Is this a case where you would get HR involved? Have a conversation with the individual? Let it go? The comments are confirmed to have happened at an event that the offended party was planning/running, and the exec said negative comments to two other people at the company about the event and their work, and also said the person looked “too stressed.”

I have zip-zip routes for a trucking company. Most of them have price info but some are blank. Is it possible to do a count of those with price and without price in two columns of a pivot? I want to show that prices are missing across the board and that we can use the majority to replicate the missing few.

How do you create a Pareto chart in excel? Like I want to identify what percentage of customers contribute to 80% sales. I have data at individual customer level.

I am running a macro that uses "Application.FileDialog(MsoFileDialogType.msoFileDialogFilePicker)" to select a single workbook file and then open the selected workbook.

Cell A1 on Sheet1 of the workbook that is running the macro contains sheet names that can be selected from a drop-down list. I want to be able to use the sheet name that is in cell A1 to select that sheet in the newly opened workbook.

It's probably something simple, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

My boss has advanced skills in excel and I don’t. We share documents but we are never on the same page with the data updates. How do I make the document a live doc, like google sheets? Also does anyone know how I can sharpen my skills without being in a lecture? I’m a visual learner, I have to see someone do it then I pick it up :/

My excel columns have switched to numbers (so I know have numbers for columns and rows). This has also made all of my formulas incredibly confusing. Was this part of some update? How can I switch my columns back to letters?

Anyone know how to capture reference text (I.e. some reference of a particular word in a given cell with multiple words) within a Median(if()) formula? Usually I use the funky “*”&xyz&”*”, where xyz is the word I’m looking for, but isn’t working in this formula I have down:

I have a filtered date data and wanted to only copy the visible cell in column A and paste it to the next column (column B) with special paste. Because it is filtered data, I could not simple copy the whole column and paste it all at once. What is the quickest way to do this? I tried to search macro online but still cannot do it right.

Has anyone had any success here with recording a macro to set up a pivot table? For context, I am just looking to run a pivot and then run the macro and have it show the pivot table completed with the right fields in columns, rows, and values and then also formatted how I want. I tried to just record doing the setup of the macro, but I got an error message when trying to rerun.

Problem:
There is a table. Column A:D are mapped to column E with unique records. In a new column (Q), there is a list of values that that contain any randomized value from Columns A:D. What is the syntax to map Column Q to column E?

I currently handle the master schedule, forecast and SIOP process and want to expand on that… I have done all of this with only my GED… I want to grow more and I do not have the right people in my life that can direct me to the right degree. I truly found something I love to do but need the degree to open more doors. Help!

Hi, two of my colleagues keep getting a run-time error 91 when trying to run a macro on this worksheet. However, I am unable to detect the issue nor find a solution as this does not happen to me when trying to run the same macro. Any way I can find a solution?
