I have an offer from Rakuten Now, the offer has a variable part named Performance Linked Bonus. The HR was pretty sure that the Performance Linked Bonus is payable at a minimum of 100% and can extend to 150-200% depending on the performance.

I have a doubt that does it ever go below 100% or is it always minimum 100%. Can someone please shed some light on the same?

Got an offer from Accenture & CTS. Both agreed to offer a CTC of 20 LPA, although Accenture is offering more joining bonus than CTS. I am not sure what my current employer (TCS) is thinking right now.
Can you guys please suggest what is the right thing to do? Should I try for better opportunity? Or try negotiating with TCS if they offer better?
