Know for a fact I do not want to do litigation after one year. Want to try transactional work because I eventually would like to go in house. Firm reluctant to move me around right now because there’s a lot of work in litigation. I don’t want to wait around hoping they will put me in another practice area and jeopardizing my chances at an in-house position. Should I be looking for new jobs?

Does anyone have any advice on how to move into the HR world with experience in only one specialized area (training and development) and a Masters in HR Management? I wish to join HSBC, for learning, culture and scope of pivoting to Consultancy and Big MNC later.

Next would be Billdesk, I believe the hands on experience for payments will be much rich.

I got an offer of 20 lpa from Nagarro.

Later i received one more from another company with 24 lpa as fixed and 50k joining bonus.

I recently discussed with my Nagarro hr to increase my salary because I like to join Nagarro.

They came up with 22 lpa..but I told them that I need 24lpa.

Will I get 24lpa from Nagarro or am I risking it ?

I have 5YOE all in data and analytics and this move would represent a large bump in my salary. My concern is that looking at the posts here it seems like the norm is $150k. Am I being low balled?

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?
