I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester

I just relocated from KS to TX to a job I’ve been doing for 1 year (7 years total with this company). I’m supposed to start to work tomorrow but I haven’t been presented with my offer. I don’t know what to do. I have these two scenarios: 1) I use PTO this week because I will not provide my labor on a higher volume area/store without proper compensation and attention. 2) I show up to work without any official agreement on paper and just be patient and flexible.

SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!

Need advice on how to frame (unintentional) job hopping. In Nov. 2019, I left a job of 6 yrs to lead marketing strategy at a Start-Up. By Mar. 2020, I realized the culture was toxic. I had to leave for my mental health. Finding a new role took a while due to the pandemic, but I found a role at a digital marketing agency. It was a great team, but paid very little. I took a higher paying job this March. Turns out, my new company is unstable and about to be acquired. I am job searching again.

Recently took a new job doing marketing for an ingredient brand (protective gear technology in helmets and other applications) and new to product marketing. Coming from primarily digital marketing. Any tips for me to learn product marketing? Any courses or ideas to get me up to speed? Has anyone else made that jump?
