Identity like aadhar card) on Experience letters, My aadhar have only my First name My first company provided my name full like firstname with lastname 2nd organization provided experience letter with firstname only 3 rd organization provided experience letter with first name and lastname Will this create issue ??? I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
