Just have to say - at the beginning of the year I jumped ship where I was (a bank) where I was making $39k a year, to another bank where I am making $45k a year and have a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks work from home schedule. My new company is great and it was a significant raise. Now, this inflation is absolutely killing my wife and I, since we had a lease renewal happen last month.
