Just got rejected for an opportunity that I spent >4 weeks preparing for, just before reaching the final round. I’ve spoken to so many people about the company and learnt so much about it. I was really looking forward to this role. I was actually very excited. I believed I was good fit too. But I guess it’s only bad luck and 0 skill that backs me.
It’s heartbreaking and demotivating. How do I get through the weekend without breaking down??

I have a manager that does not seem to understand mental illnesses, disorders, etc. He thinks I am making excuses rather than trying to explain things (I have diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and depression) and I’m trying to take ownership for issues but also help him understand what I am describing better as well. My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position. They did not tell me my real schedule until after training and it’s causing a lot of depression working overnight on the weekend… what should I do?

Been doing accounting for over a year, I am well adversed in accounting, payroll, sales tax, and taxes, have done accounting for companies generating up over 10 million dollars in revenue. Everyone at my firm got a pay bump about a few months back but I’m still stuck at $15 the hour. Am I getting taken advantage of? I’ve also worked through a tax season and have been putting out 80-90 hour weeks consistently. Haven’t stopped working 60+ hour weeks since May. Almost 21. Any help????

I start full-time work in Summer or Fall 2022 but graduate in December. Should I try to find a spring internship? It doesn’t look like many companies are still hiring.
