When pitching your group at a midsized firm’s services to potential clients such as PE firms, what selling points would you push for as to why you’re better suited than, or at least a good option over, big NY firms? I have Total YOE 5+
Current CTC is 8 ( I was underpaid in prev. companies 😢)

Do you think if I can ask for more? I still have 2 months for joining.
