Trying to establish a resume entry for a supporting project manager role. The rope did not require the full PM scope such as financials, but did cover almost all else. I don’t want to oversell it, but would like to take credit.

I have an interview next week and want to vet the new law firm with questions to determine if there’s a good work-life balance, respect for how work is delegated (i.e., attorneys are not routinely asked to do obvious paralegal work), and what overall systems/structures are in place to make it a functional/successful environment. What sorts of questions do you think would get this info and also cut through the usual bs of “we’re a family here” when in reality no one talks to each other?

Advice on transitioning from Account to Production/post-production? I have 10 years exp. in AM with a ton of production exp., however when I apply for producer roles my resume just gets overlooked.

I have an interview with the hiring manager towards the end of the work day today and I’m SO NERVOUS! And I don’t think I’ll be able to focus on my current job’s work until then. I have a tech background and 12 years of experiencem I have always done both project and product management. I'm now switching jobs and have received two very good offers. One as senior technical project manager, one as senior product manager. Somehow I'm more attracted by the company that offered me the project management position, but the other company, offering a role in senior product management, pays way more. I'm unsure about what career is better for my future and growth potential.
