So, I love my job (i work brand side). When I wake up at 4 am to go to the bathroom and can’t fall back to sleep (I’m in my third trimester), is it weird that I just want to get work done for a couple of hours and start later in the day, catching up sleep in the morning? Vs. read a book or try to fall back to sleep (sometimes it takes me 1.5 hours - so I’m like, might as well work?)

Is it troublesome if I send my CV containing my project history in TCS from TCS email to personal email with hash tag personal and it got quarantine?

It’s in south Austin part of 78704 but a really bad street. My thoughts are it’ll gentrify and I’ll condo regime it. Any major concerns, am I buying at the peak? Question: Did you all purchase a home warranty when buying your house? I ended up not getting one and it wasn’t included with my home purchase. My water heater broke down a few months after my home purchase and I can’t help but think it was a mistake to not purchase one.

first time home buyer. combined income of $205k with partner. looking to buy something in the $600k range in HCOL. will be putting 10% down. how much money beyond the $60k dp do i ACTUALLY need before pulling the trigger? between closing costs, maintaining an e-fund reserve, anything else i need to consider... assume no furnishing costs.

How much house can my wife and I afford?Our combined annual income is $225k and we have roughly $2.1M in savings (investments & inheritance).
