Hi Fishes
I wanted to know the Employee Perks/ benefits provided by Freshworks Inc to employees.
I am currently working in a Company where in they pay ₹ 5,000/- a month for wellness reimbursement, free Cab, food Annual Education reimbursement upto ₹3,50,000/- etc
All employees are eligible to these benefits and these are beyond the CTC.
Does Freshworks Inc provide any of the above or any other benefits besides CTC ?

I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Hi! I love this question and it's such a common one! Less sugar is certainly better overall however many reach for low calorie and artificial sugars which actually may be worse. Stevia is naturally derived (vs others like sucralose), but still is MUCH sweeter than regular sugar so I find that it can make people want more sugar and be accustomed to much sweeter flavors - which isn't great either. I'm a fan of a little of the real stuff! Honey and maple syrup are my favorites because they pack some nutritional punch like anti bacterial and immune boosting properties!
Great to know! What are your thoughts on low glycemic index options such as Agave syrup or Xylitol?
Woah I never knew that about Stevia. This is super helpful. I love maple syrup actually and never thought to use it as a substitute. Thanks!
Great question! I like honey better than agave and xylitol is sweeter than sugar and also may upset some people's stomach!
