Hey, just one concern, i jnd x company and left it within 3 days because of location issue 8 months before, they have crtd pf for it but i haven't recvd any salary from them nor any pf transaction is there. Currently i am working for an mnc, without issues, but in future can i convince hr by showing my form 26as , AIS sheet, BANK statement that i haven't received any salary from them so there is no point of dual employment and because of location issue i have to leave within 3 days. Plz sggst

I just want to understand what is the market value of a data privacy lawyer/analyst with 3.5 years of experience? They will be offering somewhere around 8 but I am aiming for 12!

Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.

Seeking advice on how to gracefully accept bonuses you feel you deserve? I’m a plaintiff’s attorney in a small firm (1 associate, me and two partners). My salary is about 18k lower than market. I stayed because I genuinely do like the work and I was promised bonuses when finances allowed (no clearer policy/structure than that). I struggle with how to handle bonuses because I am grateful but I also feel like I deserve them given my low salary.

Suppose the employee receive offer as 14 lpa (ENTIRE TAKE HOME SALARY) and rest of tax amount such as rs.x lacs will be paid over to govt by organization.
