I got one a month ago for the first time in 9 months, and noticed that the regrowth this time is super itchy, scaly, and inflamed/bumpy despite regular exfoliation. Do y’all have any tips for soothing skin in this state? It’s so uncomfortable. The esthetician also lifted part of my skin, which is taking a while to heal bc my garments rub against it. Help 😭

Just found out my abusive ex made partner this year. We were together almost 4 years until I had the courage and help of a therapist to leave him last year. We met through friends, work at different Big 4, and are similar in age so no weird power dynamics apply except for the huge salary gap when I was an associate and he a senior manager.
