I know Deloitte supported home office setups but that was stopped earlier this year - is there any way to get Deloitte to help me set up an office anymore?

My roommates and I are thinking of breaking our lease due to COVID-19 since we’re all quarantining out of state. I’m currently on OPT and my H1B will kick in in October. Hi all - looking for stats and help on what a St Consultant level III gets paid here in London? (My understanding is that levels are indicative of the cost of living of your home office and thus a higher level guarantees a higher pay). With 80K I feel like I’m being severely low-balled. I’m transferring from a US office.

Work from home has been great for many reasons, but the confession part of this post is how much a loud, disorganized, chaotic environment raises my stress levels. I’ve realized that I can be so much more productive in a quiet home office. But I know some people like the “energy” of a corporate office.

Wwyd? I switched to industry working for a director who seems to be hierarchical driven. For example, if I need info from a director in another group, he will insist on reaching out to them & cc’ing me. This doesn’t seem to occur with my peers & their directors in other groups. It’s frustrating going from an environment where folks of all levels are encouraged to partner & speak directly to executives to get their work done, to this environment. Has anyone overcome this?
