Apply at Cardinal health it’s a great company to work for

Would like to know what job role/title you’d like to land? Your BS qualifies your knowledge in the field of Health Service Administration. Congratulations on your accomplishment! Obtaining your BS also demonstrates your commitment to start and finish what you’ve started! Potential employers need to know more. Your resume should speak to your soft skills, professional accomplishments, your competencies. If you have hard skills like project management skills, training development, expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e, Excel, your resume should reflect those attributes as well. Focus on a career path as opposed to a “job.” Search for opportunities that maximize your strengths and align with healthcare. Hope this helps!

Hello UXers, PDs, and PMs….
Been considering looking into a Masters degree in CS.. looking to level up my career as my end goal is to be more in a product management role, staffs product lead role. In doing so, it seems that a much more technical background is preferred and requires to succeed.

Is the MS degree worth the $? Or is it just a fancy stamp to put on your LinkedIn?

All feedback and comments appreciated

How can I get a good paying job in healthcare administration??

I will soon have my masters in healthcare administration and I currently work for a hospital system as a patient service coordinator. I feel extremely undervalued on top of underpaid. I know that I am capable of more. Is there a space for young healthcare professionals to excel?

I’ve been in the industry for 23+ years, 16+ of those spent as a Producing Branch Manager. I hold S7, S63, S66, S24 and I’ve completed the education for the CFP (need to pass the exam). I excel in relationship building and providing exceptional service. I’ve only been on the full-service side for the past 2 years and my book of managed money is about $10M, with another $10M+ being self-directed by clients. I’d love to find an RIA job, what type of role would be suggested?

First-gen and new hire in my first job. Vyvanse was typically covered under my parents’ insurance but now I’m looking to sign up for (my first) health insurance plan with my employer. I’m worried if Vyvanse will be fully covered or not. Anything I should look out for?

Anyone here ever gone back to school while working as an associate? I’ve always wanted to practice for a few years and then move into academia. I’m at the point where I’m ready to start working toward that transition and am considering doing an online PhD while I keep my role as an associate. Anyone done this or something similar? If so, what online program (university) did you do (attend) and what was your area of study?

I've conducted several informational interviews with EY consultants recently to learn more about the field and the firm. I had mentioned that I applied for an EY staff business consulting role recently, and a few of them said that I should apply for a Senior Consulting role as well. These consultants said that I would be a good fit because I'm getting my MBA. I'm need some advice as I don't have consulting experience, and I want to get some base line experience.

Has anyone made the move from a small social agency to bigger ad agency? Would love some insights.

I have some broadcast experience but I’m looking to cut my teeth at a larger agency, focussing less on social content and more on broadcast. I’m looking at Integrated Producer roles rather than CD as my current role is more production rather than creative. Thoughts?

I have been with my company for almost 8 years. I wasn’t certified when I started but I have been now for about a year. It wasn’t required before. I learned that my coworker who has been with us less than a year and had no prior experience in healthcare makes very close to the same amount I do. My boss says our rates are based on our experience which is clearly not true. One of our none clinical members who left was making the same as me. Does this seem right to you guys?
