But I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for comfy bras that they don’t mind wearing when you are out in public? Especially ones I can order online would be great. Also I’m a 32D so don’t really want any push up bras if that matters

Hello everyone, I have an offer letter from Httpool for the role of Client Solutions Manager. It's a remote position.
They have offered a CTC of 15lpa
My yoe is 3 in the digital advertising domain. Just wanted to know if it's a good offer as per the advertising industry standards or are they trying to low ball me.
PS: It's a hike of around 80% on my current CTC, which a great hike. However, I am throughly underpaid in my current role, so I don't want to consider that to calculate my new salary

How to get over a miscarriage? I had a miscarriage at 7W today after bleeding for almost 2 weeks. I had ultrasound/Dr appt weekly in the past 2 weeks for my bleeding. Dr just said nothing wrong and told me to not worry. 2 days ago, there was a heartbeat and baby looked great. This morning, I miscarried. Confused, angry and scared right now. 😢
