Isolate what’s causing bloat and eliminate.
Hot water with lemon, ginger tea, sounds weird but sweating it out. I find when I do hiit while bloated by the end I feel 10x better
Also, drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water a day!
Simply slowing down when I eat has helped me tremendously. I used to be a very fast eater.

Drinking more water and making sure to get enough electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium) should help. Some sort of gas reliever or probiotic may help as well.
A lot of foods also cause bloating - alcohol, sugar-free foods and drinks, beans, raw vegetables, cherries. Plus if you have a dietary intolerance (like to wheat or dairy products), that can also cause gas. Stress also makes me bloated/gassy.
i've found ginger/turmeric tea to help!
