Hey Londoners! Any good in-house agencies in London?

What do your manager meetings look like? I’m not sure how to structure meetings with my manager. They’re relatively new to the company so also still figuring things out. We check in every week and it feels like too much. I would rather have my time back to work on my current project. I only want to chat if they’ve received feedback about me from other people or have other logistical things to share.
