hey fishes , kindly help me on this. I had my salary discussion 3 weeks back with infosys HR offered 50% +1.2L joining + pwfh. I have requested for 60% +1.2L joining bonus + pwfh and hr told me She will send for approval to see and she said it might take a week Max to get back. But it's been 3 week I got a call from hiring hr for screenshoot interview. Upon checking my approval for 60% is still waiting to be approved. Any idea what's happening. How long can I wait ?

I have been interviewing for a startup in the healthcare space. They finally sent me an offer letter this past week. There are 3 packages:
- 120k with 150k equity
- 130k with 100k equity
- 140k with 50k equity
Recruiter had promised 150k. They have raised series B and will raise again in the coming months. It’s a great company but I’m not sure the valuation is there.
