Just got an email that my bonus would be docked by $50 per day per occurrence for not logging in my time entries to be equal to 7 hours. WTF. I hate this shit. Been 7 months and haven’t made it to any second round interviews yet. That’s if you’re even given a thought when you submit your application. It shouldn’t be this hard to find another entry job with 3 years of experience across a multitude of technologies. I really don’t like this dance these companies and managers make you do. At some point it really just starts to feel insulting and even monotonous. I think companies just have unrealistic ideas of candidates.
