In capegemini also you may face hectic work life. But all depends upon project and team. If you are aware about the project for which they are hiring than try to reach out to CG employee.

Thank you! Yes I am aware of the project and the supervisor

Don't compare a product based company with a service based. You might be feeling little work pressure in ur current company but that's one because of which u r getting 70% hike in CG or else cg would never have given this hike. May be u will realise after working for sometime with cg. My own experience with cg , don't trust about whatever they saying on project or the manager/team etc because once u join their job get over and might get things based on ur luck. I guess if you talk to your current employer about the salary they might do something.

Can I shamelessly brag for a second, please? Started jogging a year ago and as of this morning I have lost 25 pounds. Next week is my last week as a consultant, and after 8 years of expense account diet, I’m officially leaving this job lighter than when I joined. I’m super proud of this. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Considering quitting ACN mid-project to become an FTE for my previous client, but my current client is at the same company and I might run into him. Thoughts on best way to leave? Should I care?

Anyone else feel weird that they will likely never make as much as their parents/provide their kids a similar childhood? The odds of making MD/Partner are outright low, and a lot of luck is involved. Statistically it’s likely I’ll fail out around M/SM and peak at that salary forever.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever had to experience with a client? I’ll go first, we have a client who insists on picking food out of her teeth during meetings. She holds eye contact the entire time.

How can I prepare for PMP ? Can someone guide where to start ?

How long does it typically take to receive feedback from a final partner round with Monitor Deloitte? I feel I had a very good process & business cases. However my final round was not as smooth as I hoped. I have heard nothing from HR and had the interview 3 days ago.
