I am working as Lead hand (managing 6 people) in Current work making 50k a year in Canada
I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Tcs HR said you salary revision is approved and my DOJ is 11 April and still not received the revised offer letter from them

I got an offer to work as a a scientific writer but as CTH (contract to hire) position in Novartis.
Is it advisable to go ahead and take the offer?
Not sure because haven't worked in a contractual postion before.

This job search is discouraging 😞 6 interviews so far (4 month span) all of them went great (in my eyes) however 3 were no’s, 2 are radio silence and 1 which I thought I was close to an offer is silent. I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Having 7.5 YOE in cloud Admin/ devops . Tcs is offering promotion to retain me. But nothing is in paper and asking me to wait till october for revised comp letter. I have asked them to provide it within my notice period which end in september. Recently I had two rounds of interview with KPMG for a content lead role.

The HR, on call, confirmed that I'd cleared the second round and would schedule an on-shore round when the team was available.

Couple of days later, the HR informs me that the position in on hold and they'll call me if something else comes up.

This felt so wrong. Can't figure out if they hired someone prior and were just messing with me? Can I do something here?
