Venturing into Agile

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.

Looking at the product area and the job requirements I am qualified and will have seniority over a first time pm. I’m not sure if they have associate pm but either way would it be fair for me to ask for a senior pm title?

Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Definitely looking into early-ish retirement, should I just invest the rest in a regular brokerage account until I reach the income limit? Am I even allowed to do a conversion? Do seasoned enterprise reps actually think that MEDDIC helps the sales process? This is coming from the perspective that champions are undervalued and the economic buyer in a F500 company does not usually speak with vendors. The market here is developer tooling.
