I have cleared the TCS Technical+ Managerial round.
Now HR is looking for salary discussion. But I don't wanna TCS now as I just have 4 YOE.
I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.
I wanna join TCS later in my career at a Good position when I'll have 6-7 YOE.
Rejecting offer discussion or offer letter will impact? Will TCS block me for a lifetime.

Joined a FS focused boutique firm in NY recently. We are actively looking for a few Sr Consultants and Managers (5-10) in NY/NJ/Chicago area. Cannot do sponsorship (sorry.) Need to have consulting experience in capital markets and banking space. Work focuses on change-the-bank Opts/Tech improvements (very little strategy, if any.) Comp is comparable to a Big 4 but you will not strike it rich. Limited travel. Delivery team is mosly ex-Accenture and ex Big 4 folks. DM for info/referral.

Is starting salary of 70k good in retail, or am I being lowballed? MCOL city and have a couple of years of experience. I feel like this is low? What should I do?

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

Last year I brought up PMI’s salary survey when trying to negotiate a raise. I was told HR sees this as unreliable data because everyone who responded is incentivized to pad their income. Probably similar to what we hear when bringing up glassdoor salary research.
But wouldn’t it make the following true as well? 1) If you’re an ADP customer, like my company is, there’s a conflict of interest since they’d be incentivized to share data that benefits them. 2) HR is using data that confirms bias.

Has anyone done devils path in the catskills, NY? If yes, do I have to pack a lot of my gear or can I just hustle through that trail for a day hike?

Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. Is my salary fair (per MA standards)? I was promised high OTE… but with no marketing team I also hardly get leads.

Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. I feel like going to my boss and refusing to continue to do these extra tasks without extra compensation. Am I being a baby about this?

I need some advice. I recently got a new manager and they want me to create 2022 goals using what I accomplished so far with only 3 1/2 months left in the year. They want me to do so because my previous manager never gave us any goals all year. This doesn’t feel right to me. It feels like lying and cheating. Am I wrong with what my gut is telling me?
