Hey Slack, could you add more relevant fields to people's profile? I'd love to be able to click on their name and know exactly who they are in the org, what time zone they work, what initiatives they own, who they report to, and what they care about in the upcoming quarter /half year.

It’s safe to say that this is the only thing Teams does well.
It's almost like you may have a different implementation than another company.
You obviously can do that and I do it literally multiple times a day.
Does your company not have an employee directory with all of those fields?
I didn’t realize companies didn’t sync up their directories to Slack. I was at IBM prior to AWS and our BluePages info was integrated.
I can’t tell if this post is sarcastic but…. We have org charts built into slack and time zones. Users can add projects in their bios.

OP sounds like you need to talk to your system admin team, not Slack...
You’d be surprised how low profile usage is overall. It’s a culture thing. Not a product thing.
