My HR round in TCS got completed 20th June with salary discussion and HR said i will get offer letter in 10 days and in ibegin portal the status is showing evaluated on 22nd June. When can I expect the offer letter? TIA

I’ve had three interviews for an internal position over a period of about 6 weeks The last was over a week ago. And I can’t get the HR rep to even return an email or a TEAMS chat as to a ballpark when a decision may be made. VERY frustrating. Even just a “we will be making a decision soon”. Or whatever would be nice. I feel disrespected.

I have a second/final round of interviews for Cyber Associate Program at Aon. Anyone have any experience with this interview process? I got a note that it will be a “half day of virtual interviews”, wondering if anyone knows what that will entail.

I had initially applied for PwC, but they got back after I accepted the Deloitte offer. Probably won't interview with anyone else after this..

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

How do you guys think of multi stage interview process? Personally i feel interviews up to two stages is ok, further than that is a waste of time.

I read a few stories like people not successful in getting the role after 5 to 7 stage of interviews, this is inclusive of coding / design challenges, flying over to another state for onsite interview etc.

How do people in tech set up their banking? I have a primary bank account where my earnings have gone for the last 8 years. I always get promotions to open new bank accounts with other institutions for some cash reward. Is there any point to opening multiple accounts with diff banks? Kind of seems like a hassle but might be some advantage that I don’t know of

Meta low ball compensation for leadership roles M1 compared to Amazon. A friend of mine just got an offer at Amazon 285k base 15% bonus and about 1mm in equity. I feel a bit jealous honestly as Meta only offered me $236k base 20% bonus and 1m in equity am I being low balled on base ? YOE 20
