Hey Wayfair 🐠- whats the typical/range in salary for a Senior Manager and an Associate Director?

Has anyone heard of a retention bonus with a clawback period of 3 years? Like you get paid in 3 installments but you have to pay back 100 percent of the money if you work a day less than 3 years?

What are the salary ranges (ideally broken into base , bonus, stock ) for Band C and Band B in IBM GBS ?

A CRO offerred me an internal consulting/biz dev role. They offered 145k TC (20% bump) and slightly better benefits. They also offered accelerated path (6mo to 1yr) to MC. While promotion to MC at my current company is at least 1 year away. The job is interesting to me and fits my careery goal. But my big concern is that I've only been with my current company for a year (this is my first job, post PhD). Would this affect my resume in the future in terms of being viewed as "job hopping"?
