I'm in the process of moving out of retail sales, learning Salesforce is a great first move and if you are already well versed in it, then finding courses through Coursera.com helps. I have a monthly 50$ subscription but I can add the skills and certificates directly to my linkedin
Awesome platform but imo also without the certificate is perfectly fine. What matters is the knowledge not the paper.
