I like North Carolina, personally. The pay isn't amazing but the cost of living isn't super high either and the pace at work is usually manageable.
I know Northwell pays PCA’s which are basically CNA’s very generously. Around $30 an hour, very flexible hours and usually unlimited overtime.
that's the highest i have seen for PCA/CNA....
I get $18 an hour at banner health.

I am in CT and an CMA who used to work in a hospital as a CNA, I was getting under $18 at the time. I loved what i did but I ended up switching to a more administrative based healthcare job because I couldn't find any jobs that were paying over $20/hr.
