Has anyone heard of CitiusTech and their IMPACT program? It's in healthcare domain. I have interviews going on with them. Everything sounds too good to be true and wanted to know if there's any catch.

Interviewed with a growth equity firm 2/3 weeks ago and haven’t heard back (they said you would hear back in a week and half) - does this mean a rejection?

My Current CTC is 18.5 LPA. YoE 12yrs.

Joined Accenture as a Cloud Engineer. In December 2022, I will be earning a package of 12. Got one certification, aiming for 2nd one. All this within a span of 12 months. These are brilliant times in tech. Keep hustling. Success will be yours.

Hi everyone,
I Received a first offer from Deloitte 2 weeks ago that I countered and they accepted to raise it.
The recruiter in charge of my case was on holidays and he came back to work last week.
Sent him two emails asking when I should expect the new set of documents, but no reply until today.
Is this normal? Does a new offer necessarily have to go through the same steps as the first one ? Because I waited 10 days between the verbal offer and the written one for the first time.

I have given the HSBC data analyst interview ,all round cleared ,HR told me You are selected ,salary negotiation done but at the end there is APAT pyshometric test which I have given and they told me I have failed the exam by 1 marks so can I get the offer or its rejected ??

A friend of mine recently got selected for R2R with Accenture. Since she has 1 yr of experience qs a graduate trainee, seems the HR asked her to delete her work experience in the employment form.
Do Accenture not count the experience of a graduate trainee? Please advise since I don't have much knowledge about this.

I have been working as technical customer success manager from last 2 years where I work handle accounts and work on some technical part of business analysis using SQL, EXCEL, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Figma, Jira etc with package of 8.0 LPA. In my previous company I worked as business analyst with similar tools mentioned above.

I raised a transfer request for my PF since I left Wipro a while ago.
It's submitted, but I got a form 13 where it has place to sign and google says we need to submit it to previous employer within 10 days.

I got offer from tcs but infy has agreed to match the offer. I have took back my resignation, but I don't fully trust them and can be sure only when hike letter comes in July.

TCS offer letter has no joining date specified, just that I can select a start date on acceptance of the offer. Also says that if I don't join within 120 days offer is void.

Now, can I accept the offer but select joining date in October and if my hike letter is not as promised, resign again and join tcs after 90 days NP?
