I have offer from Infosys (Consultant)
10 fixed + 1.8 variable + 1.25 joining bonus

And Cognizant ( Associate)
12.5 fixed + 50k variable + 2 joining bonus

Which one is best for growth

I'm picking the first one as Cognizant is giving me a lesser role. I think with my experience it should be Senior Associate.

I interviewed at company A and B. Company A sent me an offer, however I really want to work at company B, and they said they would get back to me last week and still have not even after following up. Is it pushy or frowned upon to tell company B that I got an offer from company A so can they hurry the hell up and tell me if I’m getting an offer from them. Company B also said there is still a round of reference checks left and the holidays are coming up.. help! What should I do?

EY Consulting London Folks - I got shortlisted for SM interview in the Business Consulting GBS space. The first interview had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer's unavailability (and this was 10 days back). I haven't heard back from the scheduler/recruiter since then. The application status on the Careers page says "You are in the hiring team phase of our interview process".

Should I keep my hopes of being interviewed alive? I have restrained from mailing them till now.

Advice getting into SaaS? I land a ton of interviews with tech places because of my technical background with industrial equipment but as soon as they find out my company doesn’t sell anything web related, the process pretty much ends there. I’m a firm believer in 95% of jobs can be taught, and in sales the product knowledge is only half the battle, the other half is being able to explain it and sell it with enthusiasm. So many young recruiters out there are so micro focused on buzz words

What are some good Qualifying Questions to find out the following:
Buying window, Budgetary window, Contract window.

What’s the going OTE for an enterprise software pre-sales engineer/architect these days for 10+ years of experience? Looking around at different opps and not getting any pushback from asking for $250k OTE even though my current employer believes $230k is the high end for this level. 🤷🏻‍♂️

20 years of IT experience. Getting Associate Engagement Manager role at Salesforce. 145k AUD base plus 35k variable. Superannuation extra. Currently account executive in a services company. Should I consider this offer? The salary increase from current is hardly any.
