Hey y'all! Currently a month away from finishing a design internship at a studio I really love. I DEFINITELY want to stay full time and need some advice on how I can make that happen. They mentioned during my interview that they were looking for interns that they'd wanna hire full-time, but I know that doesn't guarantee it. Is this something I have to bring up to them or will that be awkward? And how would you go about doing it? Will they let me know? Appreciate any advice anyone has!

Hi, I am a healthcare worker looking to switch careers into CSM, but I’m having a hard time leveraging my experience appropriately. I feel that a lot of my soft skills are easily transferable, and any hard skill can be learned fairly quickly. I had offer from two companies A & B. I joined company A a couple of weeks back after rejecting the offer from company B. Now, same company B is hiring for a director level role which is one step higher then the role offered to me. I want to reach out to company B and check if they would consider me for that role given interview process was successful and they really wanted me to join. TCS offer 10 LPA (HYDERABAD - HOMETOWN)

TCS IS giving offer in my preferred location,
Whereas Kyndrl manager asks to relocate to Banglore.

So my bf of 3 months put on some weight. He wasn’t the fittest before, but he’s put on some weight due to stress from work and holidays. It’s starting to bother me. How do I tell him he should loose some? I’ve hinted on work out classes together, training for a run together and told him I’ll be dropping 5 pounds in the next 3 weeks to get ready for a beach holiday end of year, but he’s like “cool. Since I graduated from CSUN, I’ve been trying to find a job. It was hard finding a entry job software engineering job that requires few years of experience. As a deaf person, many obstacles in my path that I fought so hard to get past them. For instance, they tried to call my videophone, which has an American Sign Language interpreter to pass messages through a webcam and phone call, and thought it was not me.
