Following thread bc I have the same question in the back of my head. first thought though - grad school seems like a bad option right now (covid) as much of the value of attending a grad program seems to be the network (Ie best to wait for more in person normalcy)
Not unless your in strategy. Also consider the additional debt you'll take on since you cannot count on funding being guaranteed through grants and such. MBAs aren't worth it if you don't have the name recognition from a big name school imo, and even then...

More purpose driven. MBAs are not cheap.
Given your circumstances, I would stay at my firm. Most people get their MBA to pivot or feel like they’re stuck at their level and can’t get promo.
Great input, thanks 🐠. Cost isn’t as big a concern for me (thankfully). I guess the question is if there more value in 5-10 years driven from an MBA or should the focus be on investing that extra time/effort in growing vertically within my firm (which I plan on being at for foreseeable future)
