Hey y’all! I have a bachelors in business administration with a concentration in management and finance, and I am now back in school to get my MBA. I been working for about 2 years but haven’t been able to get myself a good salary job. I live in Washington DC area and rent, bills and life is so expensive that I don’t seem to be able to keep up. Thinking about shifting or incorporating IT, maybe project management. Any advice??

What % bonus is reasonable to expect for someone with 1 YOE and $90k base? This bonus would be in month 15 after starting. Just curious what people would expect from their firm with those credentials
