Best next steps for Senior PMM? I’m starting a great new job next month but don’t know what my next move will be after Senior PMM. I tend to get stuck places bc I build strong relationships, focus on work, plus honestly change is hard for me. Want to keep momentum. What are some ideas for a path? I am a more technical Marketer and would be down to get into coding if that would open up more salary. My people management experience is w/ contractors, agencies, and an intern.

Accounting is my new career but I have a prior work experience where I didn’t have to track my hours per client, project, etc. Ever since I was an audit intern, I had a hard time filing out my timesheet. I tend to jump from one section of the audit to another reviewing mostly at first and then kind of completing all at once. I feel pressure to have enough billable hours from performance point of view but also pressure from partners not to go over budget so I mostly split my time with training...

How soon is too soon to be preparing for a lateral move? I did my 1L summer internship in a niche area of securities law, loved it, took courses on it. I decided I wanted to explore securities law a little more broadly and not to pigeonhole myself. The firm I’m at is great—doing sec lit—but has zero work in that niche area that I liked. I’m afraid that I am passing on a passion, and I don’t want to get too “old” for a firm to take me on if I have zero experience in a specialty area. Advice? Thx
